I am a Mom of three. Licensed cosmetologist and instructor in both cosmetology, lashes and brows. College graduate, Co-Founder of Bellamarque and Novira Health and Wellness.
I’m also a starting YouTube podcaster and entrepreneur focused on building education-based beauty businesses that create real career pathways for women.
Through Bellamarque Beauty & Lash Co, my mission is to help women gain financial independence through accessible and continued education, a lucrative career being a part of our team and scalable business opportunities.
Tiffany Dutson
Founder
Hi, I’m Tiffany — a licensed esthetician, lash and brow instructor, entrepreneur, wife, and mother based in Utah.
Originally a small-town girl from Washington, I moved to Utah to attend UVU. Since then, life has taken me on quite the journey — from working in sales and marketing, moving to Wyoming, getting married, raising five kids, running multiple marathons, and teaching group fitness classes, to opening and selling a tanning salon before returning to Utah to pursue my passion in the beauty industry. Today, I specialize in aesthetics and education as a lash and brow instructor, helping others build confidence, master their craft, and create financial freedom doing what they love.
I co-founded Bellamarque with a vision to provide high-quality products at the best possible prices while empowering beauty professionals to grow successful, fulfilling careers.

Brynnli Pupunu of Draper, Utah is completing her degree in Health and Human Science and serves as a manager at Bellamarque Lash & Beauty Co. With years of experience managing within the beauty industry, she brings a high level of professionalism, operational excellence, and a passion for elevated client care, contributing to both strong team leadership and exceptional service standards.

Lead Educator &
Nail Director
With over 5 years in the beauty industry, Alex brings passion, creativity, and leadership to her role as Lead Educator & Nail Director at Bellamarque Lash & Beauty Co.
Specializing in nails, lashes, brows, and skincare, she is dedicated to creating elevated beauty experiences that help clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered. Her approach combines artistry, attention to detail, and personalized care to ensure every client receives a luxury experience tailored to their individual beauty goals.
As a licensed instructor, Alex is passionate about mentoring and educating future beauty professionals. She leads Bellamarque’s Lash and Brow Apprenticeship Programs, providing hands-on training, guidance, and support to aspiring artists entering the beauty industry. Her love for teaching comes from the meaningful connections she builds with both students and clients, creating an encouraging and inspiring environment where confidence and creativity can grow.
Corinne
Corinne- is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who genuinely loves helping people feel confident and well in their own skin. With a warm, patient-first approach and years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, hormone health, and weight wellness, she makes every visit feel both personalized and empowering.
Her background includes advanced training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, hormone optimization, and GLP-1 weight management — all delivered with the clinical precision of a seasoned provider and the heart of someone who truly caresabout your results. Corinne believes that looking your best and feeling your best go hand in hand.
